We review all our legal documents quarterly to ensure they remain compliant with Ghanaian law. The last review date is always shown on each document.
Our work is custom, so refunds are limited: the 50% deposit is non-refundable and requests must be made in writing within 30 days of payment. The full rules, including cancellations and processing times, are in our Terms of Service.
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably through direct communication. Our Terms of Service outlines our formal dispute resolution process, including mediation options available in Ghana.
