General terms

By engaging our services you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

  • By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately once posted to our website.
  • Your continued use of our services after any change indicates your acceptance of those changes.
  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and our company regarding your use of our services.

Service provisions

Details of our service offerings, delivery timelines and project scopes.

  • All services will be delivered as specified in the signed project proposal or contract.
  • Timelines are estimates and may change based on project complexity and client feedback cycles.
  • Additional services requested outside the original scope require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payment terms

Our payment structure, methods and refund policy.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on any project.
  • Final payment is due on project completion and before the transfer of any files or website launch.
  • We accept bank transfers, mobile money payments and other methods as specified in your invoice.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees and result in project delays or suspension of services.

Refunds & cancellations

Our approach to refunds and to cancelling a project that is under way.

  • Because all our work is custom, we keep a limited refund policy: the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable as it reserves your project slot.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the payment date, and are assessed case by case.
  • If a project is cancelled before work has begun, a partial refund may be considered minus administrative fees. For projects already in progress, cancellation fees apply based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Mobile money refunds may require additional information and take longer.

Intellectual property

Clarification on ownership rights for created content and designs.

  • On full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project.
  • We retain ownership of all preliminary designs, concepts and unused materials.
  • We maintain the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio.
  • Third-party materials (stock photos, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licences and terms.
